Video: Tulsa adds yoga to their off season routine

When you're part of a program that's won at least 10 games in four of the past six seasons like Tulsa, you're always looking for the next thing to give you a competitive edge.
That "next thing" for head strength coach Adam Davis and the Golden Hurricane program is adding yoga to their off season workouts, and coach Davis told Tulsa's Channel 8 News team that he's liked the results early on and plans to keep it around during the season for players to do on Sunday's.
Early reviews from both coach Davis and the players are positive and we've heard of a handful of other programs across the country, at various levels, incorporating yoga into their training routine with excellent reviews and (more importantly) positive on the field results.
