Brian Kelly explains their bye week "secrets"
Coming off of a bye week, Brian Kelly is an impressive 12-2 as a head coach .
Having an extra week to prepare for their game against Miami this weekend, Kelly was asked what their secret is to preparing during a bye week.
"There's magic dust that we have that we're not giving up to anybody." Kelly said with a laugh.
Kelly went on to explain that he always tries to balance rest and recooperation with additional preparation.
"I've always tried to balance rest with additional preparation, and getting a schedule that the kids really feel like they got some time off without getting too far away from what your doing."
"I would say most of it has been in that Monday when we come back, we probably have our most physical and longest practice to get them back and re-center them." Kelly added.
