GA of the Day - Zak Bigelow (Tulsa)
Zak Bigelow is currently the defensive grad assistant at Tulsa...but down the road he sees himself as an offensive coach. Odd as that might sound, we actually think this is a great idea for young coaches. Bigelow started off at Tulsa as the offensive quality control and special teams assistant. This year, an opportunity presented itself for Bigelow to move into the defensive grad assistant role he has embraced and it; but listen to him speak and you'll hear how much value Bigelow sees in this experience.
Imagine how much your knowledge, perspective, everything would be enhanced by having the opportunity to coach on the other side of the ball for a year. Excellent interview with a smart, hardworking young man.
