University of Washington: Offensive coordinator / quarterbacks coach Doug Nussmeier and defensive coordinator Nick Holt have both received 1-year contract extensions.  Nussmeier is under contract through the 2011 season.  He makes a salary of $300,000. Holt is now under contract through June 30, 2013.  If Holt leaves UW during the last year of his contract, he will make only 25% of the last 12 months work.

Minnesota: Mike Leach said on Sirius/XM radio, "It's a good program.  I am in a position that I'm willing to listen to anyone."

North Carolina Central: We have learned that head coach Mose Rison will be replaced today by assistant coach Darryl Bullock.  We hear Rison will continue to work at the university.

Dallas Cowboys: ESPNDallas.com reports Jerry Jones has reiterated that he will not make a coaching change during the season.  The Cowboys are 1-4 following Sunday's loss to Minnesota.

Minnesota: The Minneapolis Star Tribune reports that league (NFL) sources say Vikings defensive coordinator Leslie Frazier is interested in the head coaching job at the University of Minnesota.
