Video: 10 year olds plead their case for Cleveland's next head coach

When it comes to struggling (or "cursed") sports franchises, the Cleveland Browns are right up there with the Chicago Cubs in the sport lexicon. After firing Rob Chudzinski earlier this week, they are now looking for their second coach in as many seasons and every faction of the fan base has their own opinion on who to bring in.

Take these three educated, passionate, young ladies for instance. They decided to make their pitch in front of a camera and make it viral in hopes that some of the decision makers in Cleveland get the hint.

These girls know their stuff, and looking at some of the past coaches that have been used and abused in Cleveland, the organization could use all the help they can get. This should start your Friday off on the right foot.
