Bowling Green breaking out new jerseys for Thursday's Pizza Bowl

As a reward for winning the MAC championship, Bowling Green was given... a return trip to Detroit. After dispatching previously-undefeated Northern Illinois 47-27 in the MAC Championship at Ford Field in Detroit on December 6, the Falcons are back on Thursday night to face Pittsburgh in the Little Caesar's Pizza Bowl (6 p.m. ET, ESPN).

Bowling Green will break out a special uniform combination to mark the occasion, gray pants paired with orange helmets and orange pants. It's the first time Bowling Green has ever worn this uniform combination. A few players modeled off their new kits during pre-game warm-ups, along with running backs coach John Hunter.
