The staff at this D-II program invited students to join a practice

What better way to unite the campus and build a sense of community than inviting the campus to a practice so that they can experience firsthand what players go through on a daily basis? That's the idea that the coaching staff at Ohio Dominican (D-II) had recently.

The staff set up a handful of drills that everyone could go through, and it looks like everyone thoroughly enjoyed the experience. You can tell the coaches put a lot of thought into this (notice each student paired with a player during stretches) and while it looks like the majority of the students that attended were female, it's a very possible that the staff might have stumbled upon a walk on or two.

This is a very interesting idea, and looks to be very well executed.
