Video: An interesting look inside the fun culture Northwestern has created

In case you haven't paid attention to the latest posts we've had about the Northwestern program and their staff (like the staff's 400m dash for instance), these guys know how to have fun.

With that being said, they obviously also know how to dial it in and bring the business approach when it's needed as well, as their 10-3 record and bowl win over Mississippi State last season illustrates.

With that out of the way, here's a great look at the culture that Pat Fitzgerald and his staff have created in Evanston. These guys understand when to hang loose and when to kick it into high gear as good as any staff in the country, and their players eat it up.

Here's Pat Fitzgerald mic'up at a recent Wildcats scrimmage.
