Videos: Herm Edwards addresses Alabama in team meeting

When it comes to getting guys to come in and talk to your program during camp, Herm Edwards is about as good as it gets.

Yesterday, a few clips started circulating of Herm addressing Alabama's guys at a team meeting, and now ESPN has released a two part look inside that speech. Edwards talks about nobody being bigger than the program or the game of football, the importance of understanding why coaches do things, and the willingness to sacrifice in order to be successful, and the importance of being a good parent and making your kids and family proud to share your last name.

There's no doubt that Herm's still got it as a motivator, and we highly recommend finding a few minutes to listen to both parts of his message. Some really powerful stuff in here.
