Great 2013 trailer from Bowling Green

You may not have noticed it if you live outside of the Midwest, but Bowling Green had a very strong season in 2012. The Falcons started the season by pushing Florida much more than the Gators had planned to be pushed - playing to just a 17-14 deficit through three quarters and holding a 22-14 edge in first downs. Dave Clawson's team then went on a six-game winning streak from late September through early November, and capped the year by appearing in the program's first bowl game since 2009. Only an early season loss to Toledo kept Bowling Green out of its first MAC championship game since 2003.

Now, the team that returns more starters than anyone in college football, a team that boasted the MAC's best scoring and total defense, is ready for the 2013 season to get here. With a little help from the film "300: Rise of an Empire", the Falcons want to show you just how ready they are for their Aug. 29 opener versus Tulsa.

Take a look.
