Video: Tour UL-Lafayette's proposed football facility
- by Doug Samuels 1 year ago
About three months ago, Louisiana-Lafayette provided the first look into their plans for a $115 million athletic facilities master plan.
In those plans included improvements to Cajun Field and the addition of nearly 6,000 seats and new amenities on the south end of the stadium, as well as the construction of a 67,000 square foot, $13.84 million football building that will house coaches offices (as well as 4,800 square feet of meeting space), a new strength and conditioning center (18,800 square feet), and an impressive indoor practice facility.
UL-Lafayette recently released a virtual tour of the complex, and it has quite the "wow" factor that is really going to resonate with recruits.
The two areas that we were most impressed with from the video were the players lounge and coach Hudspeth's new office.
