Video: Northwestern player crashes media day without an invite from Fitz

Last season Northwestern kicker Jeff Budzien finished the season one field goal shy of perfection, going 19 of 20. Judging from this hilarious clip from Northwestern, he had high hopes of being invited to the Big Ten Media Days, but when you play for a head coach that is one of the most well respected and feared linebackers in conference history, you've got to expect some tough love as a kicker from time to time.

Part of that tough love came when Budzien learned that coach Fitz didn't extend an invite to him for the event (or perhaps it got lost in the mail), explaining that "kickers aren't allowed".

That didn't stop Budzien from taking the short trip from Evanston to Chicago to crash the event and confront coach Fitzgerald.

Looks like Budzein had plenty of fun along way. This is awesome.
