Video: Wake Forest's off season program includes a wing eating contest

Around the country, every major college's strength coach is getting their guys ready for Saturdays in the fall this time of year, and while Wake Forest is surely doing that, they've also added a little element of fun to their off season program.

Offensive line coach Jonathan Himebauch facilitated the first annual "King of the Wings" challenge for the offensive unit, where one representative from each position group tackled some blazing hot wings. The rules were as follows;

- Ten minute competition (five minutes to eat five wings, and then five minutes to survive the "afterburn"
- No drinks, napkins, dipping sauces, bathroom breaks, or crying.

If you ask us, Coach Himebauch took it easy on them by having the competition with boneless wings. Traditional wings are the only way to go for this kind of competition. You've gotta expect the defense to bring their A-game as well when it's their opportunity.

Spoiler alert: It should come as no surprise when you find out who takes home the title.
