Check out this video from the new American Athletic Conference

With all the conference realignment going on the past year, it's hard (even for us) to keep track of all the movement and who plays in what conference.

Thankfully, there's well produced videos like this one from the American Athletic Conference that are not only entertaining, but that also help us keep everything straight.

Just as a reminder, the American currently has ten teams (Rutgers, Southern Methodist, Temple, Cincinnati, Connecticut, Houston, Louisville, Memphis, Central Florida, South Florida) and the conference will pick up ECU, Tulane and Tulsa in 2014, and Navy (as a football only member) in 2015.
