Need to spruce up the walls of your facility? Here's an idea

Oregon decided to turn to the community to help spruce up the walls of their football facility (as if they needed any help) by opening up an art competition alongside Nike.

Winners received a cash price of $33,000 and the opportunity to have their artwork displays within the athletic facilities. In order to judge the peices the University brought in Nike's VP and creative director for football and baseball Todd Van Horne, as well as Tinker Hatfield who serves as the VP of creative design at Nike. Of course the Duck mascot also got in on the action.

The local artists came up with some really creative stuff.

If you're in a decent sized city, this may be a great idea to spruce up the facility and get your community involved.
