Can Stanford football change the world? David Shaw thinks so

In what has to be the first football coaching ever giving a TEDx talk, Stanford head coach David Shaw spoke on what the Cardinal program has done in the last half-dozen years and how they went from 1-11 to Pac-12 and Rose Bowl champions while still managing to graduate 100 percent of their roster.

You may have heard bits and pieces of this talk before, but to us it's a message that can't be emphasized too often. The most enlightening piece to us was that Jim Harbaugh wanted to succeed at Stanford to show other university presidents and provosts that they too could win in big-time college football without taking academic shortcuts. If Stanford can do it, why not State School X?
