Please keep the family of longtime Massachussets high school head coach Marco Landon in your thoughts. Landon passed away late last week.

Pinecrest (NC): Pinecrest High School a 4AA school located in Pinehurst / Southern Pines North Carolina has an immediate opening for an assistant football and assistant head baseball coach. Prime Prep (TX): Prime Prep, the Deion Sanders founded Academy, has announced that they will not participate in varsity football this season due to a lack of players.

Florence (CO): Mark Buderus has announced that he will step down as head coach after this season.

Spaulding (NH): Jeff Hunt has been hired as an assistant coach.

Battle Ground Academy (TN): Battle Ground Academy, a coeducational day school in Franklin, TN, is seeking qualified applicants for a volunteer internship. BGA is a member of the TSSAA and participates in Division II. This is the most prestigious classification in Tennessee high school athletics. We have recently opened our new Athletic and Wellness facility which includes a 40 x 40 indoor turf field and 7,000 sq ft weight room with Hammer Strength equipment. We are currently looking for up to 4 interns for the spring semester. Compensation is experience in a highly competitive high school environment, experience and knowledge regarding olympic lifting, speed/agility training, flexibility, and program periodization. There is also room for assistance with professional development and certification. Females are strongly encouraged to apply. Oceanside (ME): Woody Moore has been rehired as the head coach at Oceanside. Moore had previously resigned after learning that his teaching position was being cut, but recently learned that a grant had been approved and his former assistant, who assumed the head coaching duties, would step back into an asssistant role so that Moore could assume the head coaching duties.
