Gilbert (SC): Barry Harley has decided to retire from his positions as head coach and athletic director.

Hartford (MI): After leading the team to the MHSAA playoffs in his first seasons, Jason Fiacco has resigned from the head coaching position.

In its study on program development, X&O Labs asked championship level coaches from 37 separate states to contribute their ideas on building a program and their responses may surprise you.
