Florida State: Mark Robinson, former DFO at Arksas, has accepted the director of football operations position at Florida State.

San Diego (FCS): Former FIU director of football ops Juan Lozano has accepted the same role at USD.

Texas Tech: Former TCU assistant DFO Danielle Bartelstein has joined the staff in a recruiting role.

Fresno State: Director of football operations Vince Guinta has resigned to become the director of personnel and recruiting at Wisconsin.

Western Michigan: Sources confirmed P.J. Fleck has hired Anthony Crespino as director of football operations at Western Michigan. Crespino comes to Western Michigan from Texas State.

Temple: Sean Padden has been hired as Temple's DFO. Padden has recently spent five years out of football in the business world, but previously served as the defensive line coach and travel coordinator at Fordham and has also coached at Columbia, Albany and Albright.

Wisconsin: Zach Nyborg will come with Gary Andersen from Utah State and will serve as director of football operations. 

Western Kentucky: Arkansas director of video services Andy Wagner will join Bobby Petrino at Western Kentucky as director of football operations. 

NC State: Sources tell us that neither Kit Hughes nor Don Horton will be retained at NC State. We hear some of the staff from NIU will come over to NC State. Will update...

Arizona: Billy Kirelawich has been promoted to assistant director of operations.

Here's what we know at FBS programs that have experienced coaching changes this off-season. If you have any information regarding any openings we covered or did not cover in this post, please email us at [email protected] or call / text 225.229.3429.

Arkansas - Bret Bielema has brought Mark Taurisani with him from Wisconsin and he will serve as DFO. Mark Robinson remains with the program in a roll to be determined. 

California - Sonny Dykes is bringing Jeeb Hossain with him from Louisiana Tech.

Cincinnati - We expect John Widecan to be retained.

Colorado - Sources tell us Brian McGinnis will follow Mike MacIntyre from San Jose State. 

Kentucky - 2012 FootballScoop DFO of the Year Finalist Nolan Jones will not be retained and would be a great hire for any program. We hear the new DFO will be announced soon. 

Tennessee - Brad Pendergrass has been retained. Chis Spognardi, Butch Jones' chief of staff at Cincinnati, will join him at Tennessee as assistant to the head coach. We hear Chris' role will be assistant to the head coach. 

Texas Tech - We are told Tommy McVay has been retained. 

USF - Sources tell us Western Kentucky DFO Sharrod Everett will follow Willie Taggart to USF.

UTEP - Sources tell us Nate Poss will be retained.

Wisconsin - Current DFO Mark Taurisani is departing to join Bret Bielema at Arkansas. 

When we hear more / the situation becomes more definitive at Arkansas State, Auburn, Boston College, FIU, Georgia State, Idaho, Kent State, Louisiana Tech, N.C. State, Northern Illinois, Purdue, Southern Miss, Temple, San Jose State, Western Kentucky and Western Michigan we'll be sure to let you know.
