US Merchant Marine Academy - Kings Point: Sources tell us Matt Mancini has been hired as director of football operations at the United States Merchant Marine Academy - Kings Point. Mancini has previously worked on the operations staffs at Georgetown and at Princeton.

Western Michigan: We have confirmed that former Ball State director of football operations Jay Steilberg has been hired in the same capacity at Western Michigan.

Kentucky: Tommy Cook has been hired as the assistant director of football operations. Cook spent the past two seasons as a GA assisting with the receivers and special teams for the Wildcats.

Scouting Services: The NCAA has asked us to remind everyone that beginning in 3 weeks, Division I member institutions will only be able to subscribe to NCAA approved scouting services. In order to be approved, the scouting service must apply by May 31st. Click here to read more.
