Colorado: Our sources tell us that Colorado will not fill the DFO position vacated in February. We hear that director of football administaration, Chip Marks, will remain in his current role and the operations staff will assume the DFO responsibilities.

University of Wisconsin-Whitewater: (NCAA Division III) is accepting applications for the Athletics Operations/Football Equipment Room Manager position for the 2010-11 academic year. This appointment may begin as an internship and transition to a full-time position, depending on funding and qualifications of the candidate. The successful candidate is expected to work extended hours, assist in administrative tasks for the Athletic Department and Football Program as well as manage the Football Equipment Room. Wisconsin: Our sources tell us Wisconsin has promoted assistant DFO Mark Taurisani to director of football operations. We also hear Bret Bielema has filled the assistant DFO position.
Florida Tech: John Thomas has accepted the DFO position at Florida Tech.

Arizona State: We are hearing that former Arizona State running backs coach John Wrenn (2006-07) accepted the director of football operations position on Dennis Erickson’s staff. Wrenn has been serving as the AD at Perry HS in Arizona.
