Southern (FCS - LA): Southern has signed athletics director William Broussard to a three-year contract extension. He will remain on the job through June 30, 2017 and receive a raise from $115,000 to $138,000 a year.
Arkansas: Jeff Long has announced the addition of Julie Cromer as an assistant athletics director in charge of women's sports. Cromer comes to Fayetteville from Indiana.
Penn State: The school has appointed Tom McGrath as associate athletics director for business relations and communications. He comes to Happy Valley from Jet Set Sports, where he served as vice president of international business development.

Mississippi State: The athletic department has announced a new seven-year extension with Adidas worth more than $17 million.

New Mexico State: Fred Heinrich has been named the Aggies' new associate athletic director for development. Heinrich currently serves as the director of corporate and foundation relations for the New Mexico State University Foundation.

Southwestern Oklahoma State: Longtime assistant football coach Todd Helton has added the title of assistant athletic director and compliance coordinator for the department. Helton has been an assistant at SWOSU since 1990. He will replace Kelli Litsch, who is retiring at the end of the school year.

Florida A&M (FCS): Pro Football Hall of Famer Kellen Winslow II is the new athletics director according to Brett McMurphy of ESPN.
Troy: Athletic director John Hartwell has announced the hiring Steve Stroud (senior associate director of athletics for external relations), Hannah Mason (assistant director of development for special events), and Steve Sikes (general manager of Troy Sports Properties).

Bowling Green: Former N.C. State assistant AD/director of football operations Kit Hughes has accepted the senior associate AD job at Bowling Green.
Columbus State (D-II - OH): Johnny Williams has been named interim athletics director, taking over for Jay Sparks, who will become the head coach of the women's basketball team at Francis Marion University (S.C.). Williams is the former AD at Troy and the former senior associate AD for external relations at Alabama.
