The National Football Foundation announced Tuesday that Duke athletics director Kevin White will be honored with the Toner Award as the nation's top AD at the organization's annual dinner in December. 

Atlantic 10 Conference: Mike Vest has been announced as the associate commissioner for external affairs for the A-10. 

Millsaps (D-III - MS): University of Georgia associate athletic director for internal operations Josh Brooks will be the new athletic director at Millsaps per the AJC. 

West Coast Conference: Senior associate commissioner/COO Lynn Holzman has been approved as the conference's new commissioner.

Delaware State: Delaware State University located in Dover, Delaware is accepting applications for the position of Video Coordinator for the Athletic Department. Qualifications include Bachelors Degree and extensive experience with DVSport editing software and camera filming experience. Additional duties will include the organization of a staff of student interns, as well as experience with budget management. The position is a full time postion with benefits and a competitive salary. Evansville: Athletics director John Stanley has announced his retirement. Senior associate AD Dwight Merilatt will become the interim AD on July 1.

Arizona State: David Cohen, who had been working in sales for the Minnesota Vikings, has accepted a senior associate athletic director position. Cohen will work with Olympic sports and help with marketing, branding, advertising and promotions. Also, NFL director of player engagement Scottie Graham is joining the staff as senior associate athletics director.

Washington University (St. Louis, MO): Josh Whitman has been athletic director at WashU. Whitman had served as the AD at Wisconsin-La Crosse for the past four years.

Nebraska: Paul Meyers, associate athletic director for the Huskies athletic fund, has resigned from his position. Meyers' official bio credits him with raising over $250 million for Husker athletics.

Troy: Athletics director John Hartwell has stated he will remain at Troy and will not pursue the open Georgia State AD job.
