UC Santa Barbara: Athletics director Mark Massari will leave UCSB to become the deputy athletics director at Oregon State.
Rocky Mountain College (NAIA): Per source, Bruce Parker, Carroll College (NAIA - MT) athletic director is the new AD at Rocky Mountain College.
Murray State: Athletic director Allen Ward has announced a reorganization within the department of athletics. Effective July 1, 2014 Steve Harrell will assume the role of associate AD for external affairs, Megan Short will become the assistant AD for academics, and Brad Corbin will take the role of assistant AD for compliance.

Rice: The university has announced the hiring of Tanner Gardner as the senior associate athletics director/chief revenue officer. His duties begin August 1.
Sierra College (JC - CA): San Diego State associate AD for student-athlete support Lucas Moosman has been tabbed as the AD at Sierra College.
Northern Illinois: Murray State director of marketing and promotions Morris E. White III announced on Twitter he will join Northern Illinois' staff as the assistant AD for marketing and game experience on July 1.
Post University (CT): Head football coach Michael Mannetti, who has served as the interim AD this past year, has been promoted to full time athletic director.

South Carolina: Athletic director Ray Tanner has been awarded a contract extension (through 2019), and a $50,000 raise. Tanner will now make $725,000 annually, per David Cloninger.
Big 12 Conference: The conference has announced a two-year contract extension for commissioner Bob Bowlsby. His contract now runs through the 2018-19 athletic year.
North Dakota State: Prakash Mathew has been named interim athletic director at North Dakota State. Mathew has spent 38 years at NDSU.
